Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy applies exclusively within the first 7 days after the product has been received, and only if the item arrives in poor condition, damaged, or defective. Our customer service team will review each return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Conditions for Returns:

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the item.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the products returned. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT?
Refunds will not be issued if the product does not work or arrives in poor condition upon the first delivery; instead, a new unit will be sent. If the issue persists, the possibility of a refund will be reviewed.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We allow order details to be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, please send an email to our support team at FoodsFly225@gmail.com stating your order number and your request; our team will be happy to assist you.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. This data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping Policy
Orders are secure and guaranteed to reach the final customer. All orders are processed the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is registered on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. We always guarantee the delivery of your order; however, special promotions and offers may experience delays due to high demand.
Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1–6 days and sent to the delivery address. All our products leave our facilities within 1–6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries via sea/freight, allowing us to provide international service.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard: 12–20 days depending on product demand.

Peak Seasons: In specific cases of high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3–4 weeks.

Maximum Margin: We allow a 50-day window for the product to arrive. If the order has not been delivered after 50 days, you may proceed with a refund for a lost or un-shipped order.
All our shipments are insured and include a tracking number to facilitate delivery.
Please Consider:

Incorrect Address: If the customer fails to provide the correct address and does not notify us within minutes of placing the order (before the package is processed), and the package cannot be delivered, there will be no option for a refund. Any subsequent shipment will be at the customer's expense.

Unclaimed Packages: If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notification will be left. If the package is not collected from the notified office within 5 days, it will be returned to the factory. In this case, the package is considered lost with no option for a refund.

Address Changes: Once the shipment has been processed, it is impossible to change the delivery address. Serenique Jewelry® uses external shipping companies and cannot modify the destination once the order has left the warehouse. The customer is responsible for package loss due to incorrect addresses, relocation, or similar circumstances.

Customs and Taxes: Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time. Serenique Jewelry® is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, duties, or customs fees applied to the shipment. The buyer is responsible for paying any required customs value; refunds will not be processed for these charges.

Origin: We ship from the United States and China worldwide. For any information or concerns regarding shipping, please contact us at FoodsFly225@gmail.com. Our products are sourced from China; any design used is registered, and any resemblance to another brand is purely coincidental. We do not sell any specific brands, and we do not include logos on our products.

Return Shipping: For any return, regardless of the reason, the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility. (We will cover the shipping cost of the exchange to send the new product back to the buyer).
